    Review Date: January 14, 2010
Reviewer: Larry J. Nix, Des arc Arkansas
I have order five of theses washers and the baffles inside the tubes are loose try to have one repair by wc whorter and he couldn't repair it whirlpool knows about the problem with the baffles but still they keep shipping them out and most people don't even know what a baffle is It is inside of the tube the first front loader whirlpool made had all tight baffles my first one of this model started making a noise inside the tube so I call for service and One of the three baffles had about a inch of play back and forth but it could not be repair It is a factory problem but nothing is being done believe me these baffles are suppose to be tight so good luck I hope whirlpool fixes the problem because this is a good machine in all other area's It is Quite and has the six sensor in it. I give it one star as much as I like the design It does have its problems.

    Sincerely,

    Larry J Nix
